Norway
Øyvind Larsen has been working in the music sector since the late nineties.
He has worked for Universal Music Jazz & Classical, the Norwegian music export office, Norsk jazzforum and as director for Oslo Jazzfestival.
Since September 2023, Larsen has been appointed as the director for Nasjonal jazzscene, Victoria. I addition he is a board member of Europe Jazz Network and a writer for Jazznytt Magazine.
Minna Huuskonen
Finland
Minnamurra Music Management & Agency was founded in 2013 by Minna Huuskonen. Minnamurra is based in Finland, but operates internationally. It features jazz, folk and roots music artists. The agency also works on tours bringing artists to Scandinavia. Minnamurra's artists have performed on all continents, at major jazz festivals and clubs globally. Minna is an expert in creating international career and artist strategies. She has over 25 years of experience in various fields of music, spanning all genres and especially in export projects. Minna has been a jury member of WOMEX and Jazzahead, to name the most important ones. She offers mentoring, promotion, production and consulting services. Minna has worked at the Helsinki Multidisciplinary Festival, Kaustinen Folk Music Festival, Jazz Finland and the export office Music Finland.
In January 2020 Minnamurra launched a sub-agency Apollo Artistit representing mainly young Finnish classical music talents. In 2023 Minnamurra Music Management & Agency celebrates its 10th anniversary.
Anne Erm
Estonia
Anne Erm has graduated Music Academy as a composer and a musicologist. She is member of Estonian Composers Union and Estonian Journalists Union. Anne Erm won several recognitions including Golden Microphone and orders from Estonian and French governements. In 2023 she was awarded the highest national award in the field of culture - Lifetime Achievement Award of the Republic of Estonia. She worked at Estonian Broadcasting company Vikerraadio more than 50 years, last 30 years she have had her own jazz program Mondays Evening Jazz. After world famous Tallinn-67 jazz festival there was 23 years break. Anne Erm with friends restored the tradition of Tallinn international jazz festivals in 1990. She is a musical director of Jazzkaar festivals. 8 -10 days Spring festival Jazzkaar have won world wide recognition by excellent organising and programming. Jazzkaar is a member of EJN more than 20 years.

Rubix is a multi-faceted global company that has a symbiotic involvement in all
areas of the music industry and was created because of shortcomings Peter Ward saw in the industry and to provide a sustainable business to help the

Peters background is very different from the usual music industry types which gives him a different perspective and innovative approach and prevents him falling into the usual pitfalls of the music industry.
Peters back ground is in Aerospace engineering and has degrees in Mechanicle and Electronic engineering amongst other proffesional qualifications. Peter spent many years
as a consultant developing technologies for the highest levels of motorsport as well as lecturing in universities. Peter believes education is the cornerstone of society and hence his interests in developing a better music education curriculum for schools and universities to help the outdated current curriculum.

In 1997, a jazz meeting between friends in the Semenic Mountains planted the seed for the Garâna Jazz Festival. Over 26 years, it has become a renowned outdoor event in Central and Eastern Europe. Music, place and people define its uniqueness. The festival has educated generations of artists and fans, enriching the national jazz scene.
As jazz explores unknown paths, Garâna's unpredictable climate and special environment only intensify the passion of the participants. More than 100,000 music lovers and renowned artists have shared the jazz experience at Semenic National Park.
The festival has evolved, while maintaining its essence: facilitating inspiring artistic encounters. In the former church of Valiug, experimental projects flourish. The current edition celebrates 27 years of dedication to jazz music and a community growing in the spirit of Garâna's unique freedom. With artists from around the world, the festival looks to the future, exploring the sounds and associations that the global jazz tradition has to offer.

Eugenio Rubei

Eugenio Rubei, born in 1968 in Rome, runs Alexanderplatz, an emblematic jazz club in Italy. DownBeat, leading jazz magazine, distinguishes it as unique in Italy and top 100 worldwide. Alexanderplatz accumulates 20 years of Django d'Or, French recognition. With the Jazz&Image festival (1995-2015) he made an impact on the summer music scene. He directed the Casa del Jazz (2011-2015) and participated in Montalcino Jazz & Wine Festival with Castello Banfi. National and international media highlight Alexanderplatz as a cultural engine.
Giampiero Rubei, founder, passed on his vision to Eugenio, who balances managerial skills with cultural development. Rubei expands his impact on the third edition of Jazz&Image at the Coliseum, a festival with 120 concerts. He also guides the artistic programming at festivals such as Orbetello Jazz Festival and Jazz al Molo in Porto Santo Stefano. Rubei embodies a sustainable approach over time.
Eugenio Rubei embodies the legacy of Alexanderplatz and its ability to transcend music, revitalizing culture. His leadership exemplifies how cultural spaces can adapt and thrive, maintaining tradition and generating new currents.
Christina Verhalen

Programmer Blue Note International
Christian Verhalen has been programming music for The Blue Note Club for more than 25 years. In addition to its headquarters in New York, the club also maintains locations in Tokyo and Nagoya, Japan; and Milan, Italy. He has worked with artists such as BB King, Billy Joel, Pat Metheny, Herbie Hancock, Oscar Peterson and thousands of other great artists. As a musician he has produced five albums and has participated in countless recordings. He has toured Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, Central America and South America and has often collaborated with local musicians in each territory. He has composed for, HBO's The Wire, IFC Films, Dancing With The Stars, Ford Motors, among others.

The Chiloé Jazz Music Festival was born as an effort to provide a space for local artists dedicated to the jazz music genre. The inaugural edition of the festival took place in 2020 and since then it has offered a continuous and uninterrupted program. In addition, the festival developed educational activities with Chiloé students. Over the years, the festival has featured notable state, regional and national jazz artists and bands. These outstanding figures of the genre have contributed to enriching the Chiloé music scene and attracting an increasingly diverse and passionate audience for the style. In addition to live performances, the festival also facilitates educational activities such as workshops, master classes and seminars for both aspiring musicians and students interested in jazz. This educational approach aims to foster the growth and development of a new generation of jazz artists in the state. The years of continuity and success of the Chiloé Jazz Music Festival attest to the commitment and passion of the local community for this musical genre, and its ability to create a meeting place and space for artists and jazz lovers in the region.

With more than 77 albums released, it connects tradition and avant-garde in music, highlighting creativity and interpretation. It promotes jazz as a transforming agent, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and creating networks between artists, educators and institutions. The Cultural Corporation of Osorno is a private non-profit institution that, by statute, can be associated with non-profit institutions whose objectives are similar; in this case the promotion and dissemination of education, arts and culture in general. This institution corresponds to the largest and most important cultural platform of the commune, being the only entity in this area that receives municipal funds to ensure its operation. In this sense, the CCO works together with the local municipality, in order to achieve the objectives and goals established by both for the benefit of the entire community. However, it is an autonomous organization in terms of decision-making and general administration.
